The KU-GETPPP students had a field trip to the Energy Park and Young-Heung Thermal Power Generation of KOEN on May 8th, 2019. KOEN is a power generation company established on April 2, 2001, according to the government policy for restructuring the power generation industry. GETPPP students had the opportunity to not only learn about the thermal power and construction of the KOEN facility, but also toured the facility and gained first-hand experience about KOEN industry in South Korea.
