On September 3rd, John Christensen, Director of UNEP DTU had a special lecture for the topic, “Emissions gap and Options for closing it”. The seminar enabled students to learn the key points of the Paris climate agreement, the most updated UN Environment Emissions Gap report, NDCs (National climate plans), and etc. John emphasized the importance of NDCs and argued that more ambitious NDCs are needed by 2020.
