On September 15, 2023, GETPPP students embarked on a field trip to visit the Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corp. (KOMIR) and the Najeon Water Quality Purification Facility.

During their visit, the students participated in a guided tour of the National Mineral Information Center, where they attended on-site lectures and explored various aspects of the mineral industry. They also had the opportunity to peruse a mineral raw material exhibition hall, enriching their understanding of the industry.

Furthermore, the students explored the Najeon Water Quality Purification Facility, deepening their comprehension of the water purification processes through a firsthand look at the facility.

This educational excursion provided GETPPP students with valuable insights into the mineral resources sector and the intricacies of water purification processes.​
